Here we answer the various questions you might ask yourself before finalizing the booking of your stay at the Campsite.
How to book?
Online on the booking web site https://bookingpremium.secureholiday.net/fr/528/ or by phone on +00 33 (0)5 49 62 57 22. We will send you a quote by email or by post with a booking form to return filled in.
What are the means of payment?
When you are booking your stay, you can pay by credit card via our secure Payline platform, or select the following means of payment: bank check, bank transfer, holiday vouchers, holiday e-vouchers or even credit. When you have selected a means of payment, we send you our RIB for bank transfers or you can send us checks and / or holiday vouchers by post to the Campsite address (Camping du Lac de Saint-Cyr, Parc de Loisirs de Saint-Cyr, 86130 BEAUMONT SAINT-CYR – FRANCE). A confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt.
How to book with VACAF holiday allowance aid?
Make your reservation online on our booking web site, and during your reservation, mention your VACAF beneficiary number in the tab “remark”. For the payment of the deposit, select payment by check. Our teams will then contact you within 48 hours in order to tell you the VACAF aid’s amount allocated and the amount payable. You can then validate your stay by paying a deposit of 30% or cancel this option.
Are animals accepted?
Animals are accepted excepted animals categories 1 and 2. They must be kept on a leash. The camper must present the up-to-date animal vaccination record to the campsite reception. For each animal, a supplement is requested per night.
Can I receive visitors?
Visitors can visit you on the campsite but they must first present themselves at the reception and provide their first and last names. They must leave the campsite no later than 10 p.m. Please note, when the entrance to the Leisure Park is chargeable, visitors must pay the entrance fee.
